Most commonly 17. At 14, most dix are about 80% of their full size. "Ihategrowingup" says "at 21, when you're a man." If someone isn't a man long before that, he or she will never be a man, which brings me to "Cathy" who has chimed in again, describing her / its own version of gender confusion.

at 70 its stops growing but some time at 80 , men last longer than women ..lol

i do not have a penis so i can not discus "YOUR" ( mine ) in Human beings Males most penis growth occurs during ' PUBERTY " though there may be continued growth into a mans early 20's puberty usually begins between ages 9 - 14 and last UP TO 5 years
