Should porn be regulated?

Porn is so easily available online and it is free. Anyone can go on a computer and watch it. How it got to this, I ain’t sure. But should porn be regulated or restricted?

Perhaps a better question would be "is it possible to regulate what is posted on the internet?. 

It would be difficult or impossible to regulate what appears on the internet without a world governing body to do so. 

I do think that downloading pornography of some types should be punishable by law in the jurisdiction it was downloaded or stored in.  Child porn should definitely be in this category.  Where ever it came from (and the laws there) make no difference. If it is stored in an area where the images or clips depict illegal acts ... the person the owns the computer (and anyone that uses that computer) should be investigated and if there is evidence enough, charged with offenses appropriate to that evidence.

It is to the extent that the sites do not allow minors to access it but since this is hard to be enforced online there isn't much they can do to stop anyone from seeing it.

Depends on your own ethics, morals, and values.  Screw what others think.  You either view the crap, or leave it alone.  Choice is yours.

No, it should be banned. Of course that would never stop it but having something wrong as legal is saying it's OK. You can't regulate something disgusting, it would still be disgusting, just ban it.

No more than sex and alcohol: Discreet and decorous use of all things. Then the legal question becomes essentially a matter of taste and style.

Now that pot is becoming legal all over the US, cops need some way to justify their existence.   So now they can watch porn all day, deciding which movies are TOO DIRTY for you and me.
