Many voted for him, in fact most educated and informed blacks did vote for him.  Others are still under the impression that the commie dems are going to do something for them.. They won't!

Most non-whites never vote Republican. They only vote Democrat. So my guess is because he ran as a Republican. If he had run as a Democrat, he would've gotten their votes. However, it's interesting to note that this year's election Trump did get a lot more black and Hispanic votes for any Republican president since Nixon. The thing that messed him up was whites apparently didn't vote for him like they did in 2016. Of course there's allegations of election fraud against Trump. So, I guess we'll have to see if things play out in the courts.
