Those laptops typically have smaller, low-powered CPUs that use much less power than a traditional laptop CPU. That's why they're more power efficient. They come at a cost, though. They typically don't have as much power as a normal CPU.

Netbooks and Ultrabooks are small. They have less battery usage. Laptop batteries are charged in for a long time.
