Will I lose my job? ?

I have recently started a new job through an agency and it is only my second week but I have been sent home by my manager at work for being ill, I’ve been advised to book a Covid test and I’m just wondering wether the agency will give my job to someone else or am I allowed sick days when working for an agency?

You should ask the agency about this and the company that you work for.

If you were hired through the company, as a permanent full time employee, then you should get those benefits if the company offers them. Some work places would try  find some one to cover for you until you're back at work.
