Does anyone know what's going on with this site? 10insta.net/#grid-gallery?

I've always used that to download Instagram posts to my own personal gallery on my phone since Downloadgram only lets you download the first photo or video in a group but that site lets you download ALL videos or photos in a group. Today when I tried accessing it I encountered a screen that said it was forbidden.
