the electrical requirements are stated on the back of the oven, or in the specs if you haven't bought it yet.  Note that the breaker size may not exceed the rating for the wire size and length of run from the breaker box.  -- grampa

The worst mistake is using a breaker that TOO LARGE. A 50 AMP IN A 30 AMP circuit is BAD! Use a 30A first. Surely you won't use all the burners simultaneously. 30A breakers cost less than 50A breakers.

What model oven? Bottom line is check the installation instructions that come with the oven, it will say which size circuit to use. You can download the instructions for just about any oven. Edit the question to add the model number if you need help locating the instructions.

Most common is a 40 or 50 amp breaker feeding a NEMA 14-50 receptacle, but it isn't unheard of for detached ovens to use 30 amp breakers with NEMA 14-30, which is commonly called a dryer plug.

Most electric ovens require 220 volts so a 30 amp circuit should be adequate but the installation instructions will tell you what is required. If you do not have the instructions then Google the make and model and you can find the instructions.

Read the instructions and labels.  Don't install an appliance if it has no tag on it.  It is probably counterfeit and does not meet code.  Burn down your house.
