There's an outbreak of rioting every 30 years in the US. Rioters are usually Independents, dissatisified with how the two identical twin parties are cheating and mistreating them.

Maybe because they have more regard for constitutional rights than you do.  Of course Republicans lose no opportunity to deplore socialism, while voting for it faithfully.  How about putting into effect the Constitution's authorization for Congress to charter private navies?  Imagine the fun of sacking, looting and pillaging the Russian troll farm in Kaliningrad.
