Did I pull, strain, or tear a muscle ?

I have a pain in like a small area of my inner left chest. I lift weights frequently so I train chest heavy 3 times a week so I thought I was just sore. It doesn’t hurt when left alone or spasm but it hurts when I touch it or am lifting. I’m resting it today cuz it hurt a lot but I wanna know what it is.

    sounds like a strain and just take it easy for a day or two
