Will the world be more atheistic in the future?

    It will IF you understand why a person becomes a atheist, atheist become atheist because of their fear of God and what they believe will happen to them if they don't obey Him, the evidence of this is seen in their stand or their desire to prove there is no God, they rationalize God and His existence based on evidence of what they can see and what they cannot see, not understanding God is a spirit which can't be seen, but their lack of seeing Him doesn't prove to them there is no God simply from what their told what God is, they still have doubts so they are in a never ending quest for proof of what exist based on the evidence of what they can see, the only proof anyone can have for anything not seen is in how it effects the person believing in it, this is not the real cause that makes someone atheist though, because many believers don't have this evidence that God exist but still believe in Him, WHY? because they are not doing something they believe will send them to hell for their belief in God, it's the fear of going to hell when believed that causes a person to live the way they live, for many of them that become atheist become atheist only after they hear what they believe about sin and believe it, IF what they hear condemns them and they can't stop what their doing, their left with their only choice of rejecting the belief in God and take the defensive side, there is no God, the truth is there is no atheist, there's only a person that's on the defensive side of their belief, a true atheist would be someone that don't have a dog in the fight so to speak, you would never know he's that way because if he really believed there was no God he wouldn't even be speaking about Him, now there are many of them that have convinced themselves through their own logic or understanding of reading the bible that God can't be real from their own understanding of what love and good is and what Christians teach is love and good, in this the conflict of good and evil exist, IF it was preached sinning was okay to do and God would reward anyone that does it with heaven, they would be gun ho over the belief, the problem lies in what they believe to be SIN, to the one's that believe their good people, they obey the laws of God and have no desire to kill, rape, commit adultery and so forth, these are not the one's that take on the belief there is no God since for these sins even themselves they believe should be punished, most of them if not all of them take on this stance because they believe something they heard or read which condemns them, in this, your question can be answered, according to how this world reacts to what is taught is sin determines which belief the person chooses to believe in, the biggest problem a atheist has is not in a belief in God but what he's heard or read about God that makes him want to or not want to believe in Him, it's only when a task becomes too difficult do men give up and that is exactly what's happening in religion today with all the thou shalt not's that exist, most of which the bible calls commandments of men and not commandments of God, they are not able to separate the sin unto death and the sin not unto death and condemn themselves for something the bible says is not a sin that will separate a man from God, they are in the belief that ALL sins will do that not even understanding that ALL men sin according to the bible and ALL sins are not judged the same, I know of many examples concerning this that many people do that many would call sin but according to the bible is only viewed as a fault or a habit of which has no bearing on causing the man to sin a sin God which He would see worthy of death or spiritual separation from Him, smoking could be one example, something that only effects the body and has no bearing or power to cause the man to sin, his smoking habit is not going to cause him to kill someone or rape some woman or not take care of his wife and kids if he has them and as far as in how it effects the body or others has no greater risks of killing him or others than a automobile has but along this line of thinking so does everything that anyone does has an element of danger in it, it's not the thing that is the sin, it's the thing that can cause you to sin, the sin being what you choose to do willfully once it's believed, no one smokes doing so hoping to get cancer just as no one drives a car hoping they have a accident, the same man smokes hoping he don't get cancer because he enjoys it, but many will tell him he's destroying the temple of God since it's known that smoking can cause cancer, it's no different than driving a car knowing it can kill you yet you do it anyway, there are so many things along this line that we have now that only effects the body and has no bearing on the spirit of the man other than self condemnation concerning what he allows which others do not but according to the bible, happy is the man that doesn't condemn himself in the thing he allows, from all that I hear being preached and taught today in todays society and the things people believe to be the way to God, it's becoming increasingly harder and harder to follow the belief in God, especially amongst the younger generation, I would have to agree, atheism is on the rise, it won't ever wipe out all believers though but because of deception ( iniquity the bible calls it ) the love of many will grow cold, atheist don't understand the battle Christians are in over good and evil, rather than having the backbone to stand up for what they believe is not sin, give up and take the only option they see to deal with it, no God, if no God then there is no sin, if there's no sin, no God, what power is there that exist to keep a man from sinning other than the policeman that he can see if he's around, that's exactly the logic the person has that commits murder or rape or stealing or adultery or any other thing the bible condemns THINKS, believes, having no conscience of God or the fear of being punished for doing wrong only opens up the door for every kind of evil imagined, not only destructive to US but to himself advocating this belief of NO GOD, rightly so does the bible say " the fool has said in his heart there is NO GOD ".

    Only if God allows it.

    Yes, that is a natural thing that is happening everyday.  The more educated people become, the less they will be fooled by the bible fantasies.   Notice;  god is not real is not a fantasy, god is real is a fantasy.  Yu must offer something as the fantasy.  When you say god is real, you have a fantasy.

    No. Very soon there will be no more atheists. During the Great Tribulation, they will either be forced to serve the false god, the antichrist or they will be killed for their faith in the One and Only God.

    Everyone, even atheists now, will be believers when they stand before Almighty God.

    Romans 14:11

    It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.’”

  • Very soon God is going to send Christ Jesus back to the earth to cleanse it of wickedness, then only true Christians will be left.

    Judging by the preceding 5, 000 years of human history, I    doubt it.

    King James Version Bible

    2 John Chapter 1

    3. Grace be with you, mercy, [and] peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

    Romans Chapter 1

    28. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

    29. Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

    30. Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

    31. Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

    32. Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

    2 Timothy Chapter 3

    1. This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

    2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

    3. Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

    4. Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

    5. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

    6. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

    7. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

    Atheism is growing, but very slowly

    Surveys conducted in 2018 and 2019 show that 4% of American adults say they are atheists when asked about their religious identity, up from 2% in 2009.

    Thats just a paltry 2% growth rate in 10 years time. Even today, 96 people out of 100 people embrace and worship deity.

    Psalm 14:1 KJV — The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

    In Atheists We Distrust

    By Daisy Grewal on January 17, 2012

    Atheists are one of the most disliked groups in America. Only 45 percent of Americans say they would vote for a qualified atheist presidential candidate, and atheists are rated as the least desirable group for a potential son-in-law or daughter-in-law to belong to. Will Gervais at the University of British Columbia recently published a set of studies looking at why atheists are so disliked. His conclusion: It comes down to trust.
