All my Chihuahua are 3 - 7 LBs, very healthy vet checked very often usually 2 - 3 times a year.

If you cant feel your dogs ribs when you press her sides, then she probably is overweight.

I don't really know the average Chihuahua weight but I have mixed breed dog and he is 20kg by the way. yeah he is a little overweight. lol
