Why after updating Windows 10, my computer starting to running slow?

every time I turn on my laptop, it so slow and I thought it's my internet but not. :( Can anyone tell me why and what should I do to fix it?

That happens with my phone. I guess the downloads have more data so youre maybe running out of space. You can try defragmenting or fragment? your hard drive to organize all the data
