Light in these sentences means a body not heavy, lightweight, or sounds like a light such as light in the lamps?

He feels light in his body whenever after the relaxing practice.

light as in less weighted down, less heavy.  "whenever after" the practice though, does not work.

I would almost think of it as a metaphorical use of the term light, as in feeling less heavy is not actually being less heavy.  It is an easing of a feeling of being burdened, perhaps.  Exercising lifts away the "weight" of his routine existence.  It does for me, too, actually.  I might be tired, and even feeling a bit weak, but my troubles are gone.  I feel good even if exhausted.

Of course, it might also mean literally feeling light.

Not heavy or less heavy.  It’s an adjective, not a noun.
