Is it ok to eat one fruit and vegetable a day rather than the full 5 A Day?

Eat some bananas, the vitamin C in one banana is equivalent to two fruit per day.

If you're not jobless, why would you be able to follow 5 a day anyway. A portion of fruit a day and a portion of leafy green veggies in one of your three meals a day will do.

Survive yes.ok not really.Eventually you will suffer from health issues associated with poor diet.Unless you supplement with vitamins and protein shakes.

I don't see how you could come close to getting enough nutrition. You could survive but you wouldn't be healthy.
