Is it safe to go to the emergency room today if I need to like have my arm healed while the covid pandemic is still around?

Emergency rooms are not safe and should be avoided if possible.

Its safe but what constitutes "getting your arm healed"  The ER may not be the appropriate place to go anyway.

If you need to go to the ER, you should go.  That is what it's there for.

If you are writing this note, instead of going to the ER, you probably don't need the ER and instead should do teledoc or go to an urgent care center.

What about your local Doctor? Have you phoned them. I would not go to any hospital at the moment.
