Best way to stay healthy is to have proper diet plan, exercise or yoga or regular walk. Drink plenty of water. Include fruits and salads in your diet. Stay away from junk food.

Spend quality time with family, be happy and enjoy with like minded friends and people. Do regular health checkups with some labs such as http://www.omclinical.com/

Take vacations or break from hectic job routine.

    Enjoy life fullest

Better to make sure you are taking enough vitamins and minerals to keep yourself healthy.

Not without supplements to get you the right vitamins and some protein.

Probably for a decent amount of time, but you wouldn't be healthy. Your "diet" lacks protein and healthy fats, as well as many of the vitamins/minerals found in other vegetables and fruits. Greens and rice aren't a recommended diet for anyone.

Not for long. Your body needs essential amino acids (protein) and essential fatty acids (fats). The foods on your list are only carbohydrates.  Kale and spinach are very similar, so you aren't even getting a variety of vitamins and minerals. Rice is basally sugar.  Water is great, and necessary or life, but it doesn't provide any calories or nutrients.

    Survive? Probably.

    Be healthy? No.

For a few months or so and then you will become malnourished. There are barely any important micronutrients available in the above food.

Rice is essentially just pure carbohydrates, virtually nothing else. Kale and spinach do have a lot of nutrients. But most of it is locked up inside cells surrounded by indigestible cellulose. Some can be extracted from chewing (or blending kale into something) and a bit more if you cooked either of them. But then cooking will also denature some more delicate nutrients.

All in all, this is why a balanced diet is ideal. To get a broad range of nutrients in various forms to maximise the amount your body actually has access to. We aren't actually that efficient at digestion.

But also in terms of mental well-being. Eating this day in and day out must be demoralising!

You can survive but expect to fart a lot and have constant diarrhea.
