Will my muffin top/love handles go away with weight loss?

Hi I just recently started dieting I was 230 and now I am at 225. My goal weight is around 190-200 because I am a 6’4 male. I was wondering if these love handles would shrink eventually by me just losing weight. I have attached a photo of my current muffin tops.

Fats on those areas are the most stubborn, but with consistent diet (calorie deficit) and exercise it will definitely go away by time . Good luck!
