All sociopaths and psychopaths are never happy because they lack empathy.  

A sociopath is someone who is entertained by seeing others in pain and suffering.

A psychopath is someone who lacks empathy and lacks remorse because they are vindictive and vengeful inflicting pain and suffering.

Some people lie and are rude about other people. Thinking that some people are 'sociopaths' when they are not and the other people actually are. Maybe some are but most are not I would think.

A sociopath can sometimes be happy when others simply can’t, because they don’t have feelings of remorse or guilt. These particular emotions usually don’t make us feel happy right away. So in theory, the complete lack of these emotions can result in more happiness.

They often are happy and doing fine... They create problems for other people though therefore you should avoid. They lie they are not doing well, to get people to do them "favours".
