Can USA be successfully invaded by joining migrant caravans from Honduras?

"Invaded"? No. They lack the personnel, firepower, maneuverability, and rations for a prolonged engagement. Can a bunch of hungry scared people get from wherever the heck they are right now across the Mexican-US border. Some or maybe even most can. What happens when they get here depends upon whether these migrants have to deal with people or savages.

We went thru that during the Trump Presidency when a Central American migrant caravan invaded the Mexican-American border region and tried to cross into the US. Some people got across and were put into detention. Children into detention centers separated from their parent(s), especially their mothers. The whole thing on the American part was a total lash-up.

The only success was that the Trump government called up a lot of National Guard troops to back up the civilian federal law enforcement and security forces of Border Patrol, Customs & Immigration from the Department of Homeland Security, Result, not many people got across who didn't go into some sort of controlled situation. So I guess that you could call it some sort of qualified success.

The GOP told Romney he couldn't win without Minority votes, and Trump came along and said, "Oh, yeah! Watch me!" and pulled a lot of racists out from under their rocks. He never could admit that he wouldn't have won in 2016 without Putin's help, and losing 2020 reinforced that. It's hard to get rid of the name Trump but it will always be synonymous with "Sore Loser."
