I get scare feeling in my chest I become un function able how can I calm myself down? ?

    A very simple thing - always react to a moment of stress by breathing slowly. A doctor says, breathe gently through the nose, in breath 4 seconds and out breath 6 seconds, till you feel OK.

    In psychology it's called 'bearing down'. Look it up.

     In Christianity it's called 'pray and ask God for protection".

      In man it's called, 'move out of the way of the attack'.

      - I like the 'pray and ask God' the most, because it has the only  good long term results.

    Deep breathing helps,  focus on your breathing.  Breath in for the count of four & exhale to the count of 5, repeat several times.  Sounds like little anxiety attacks.

    Get a hold of yourself before you go to far. Breathe in and out.
