Tinned fruit is from trees so your question doesn't even make sense.  I would have to say there is no difference.

    Tinned comes from tin mines.

the tinned fruit is heated (cooked) to kill any germs. So it is not fresh and does not taste like fresh.

Taste, nutrients, added sugar, shelf life, ability to have varying degrees of ripeness, texture in your mouth, transportability & availability

Its the same, they just put the fruit in the tin, after doing whatever they do to it, so fruit outside of cans is fresher, get more nutrients from fresh fruit, bu nothing wrong with eating tinned fruit, a lot of tinned fruit is used for baking.
