sudden diarrhoea and a burning feeling in my stomach? ?

I am an 18 year old female. there’s two possible things i’m worried about the first one is my potentially infected navel piercing i’m scared about sepsis and also the fact i accidentally got e cigarette juice in my mouth, could it be nicotine poisoning?

also this only started today after i had a coffee so maybe it’s just the caffeine i’m panicking though

Sound like a stomach bug which are usually viral so stay at home and call in to work for a couple days so you don't spread it.
