Nope - and especially not the week or so after you first get it done, as you start off with a longer bar to allow for swelling; this doesn't get changed out until a week or so later.

I honestly think you'll have changed your mind by then, a lot can happen in 7½ months. Worry about it closer to the time.

Can't hide it and can't take out the stud that early.  They can also cause a speech impediment. You might want to rethink it.
