would truvia sugar work for rock candy?

 any other fake sugar won’t work like Splenda sweet in low unless you have isomalt or if your making candy gummies with gelatin but would truvia work low carb sweetness

NO rock candy is crystallized sugar - stevia is sweet but doesn't have the same molecular design.
