Wisdom is knowing what should be done.

Benevolence is helping others, voluntarily, especially when there is a personal cost to doing so.

Courage is risking or sacrificing things that one cares about to do what should be done.

All three are positive human capabilities......

Wisdom is ability to judge outcome

Benevolence is ability to give and forgive

Courage is ability to face adversities

A Leader with these three capabilities carries great influence and finally leaves a lasting impression on the followers/subordinates.

Wisdom - the knowledge to do good. Example: It is wise to know the difference between financial priorities. In this case good is linked to the importance of one need fulfillment over another.

Benevolence -  the outcome of good. Good itself acting in the part of the other, usually. Example: It is benevolent to invest in African industries. Courage - the lack of fear or the diminishing of fear through the will when confronted by uncomfortable or timorous proceedings/events. Example: When going into combat, one's principle of self-sacrifice, may lend them the will of courageousness.

Three words you can look up in any dictionary if you don't know the meaning and aren't lazy.
