Just brought a SUV and there's scratches in the hard plastic area (pic enclosed)?

Scratched in the trunk and the rear door panels, looks and feels like some kinda hard plastic. Is there anything I can use to get these scratches out? Looks like I can post only one pic but here's inside the trunk, the rear door panels have the same material where it scratched like the trunk too.

Use a heat gun on high setting.It will melt the edges of the scratches,which removes the white coloring.

something rubbed against it.   Armor All silicone wax spray, spray it on and wipe it and most of the white should not be as obvious.

Change the texture with an abrasive . It's as simple as polishing a shoe, but much bigger.

The only way to fix it would be to replace the plastic - or cover it with something.
