Why am I not losing weight when I’m eating a diet consisting of only leafy green vegetables?

Other than being VERY nutritionally deficient, you should lose fat because it would require an enormous amount of greens to be more calories than your body needs. What you claim to be doing is unhealthy and unsustainable, but weight loss (fat and muscle) should occur.

You are eating more calories than you are burning.
