Any food/supplement you'd recommend to help build muscle in a woman?

I'm looking to bulk up, not just get firm up. Like, I want to be able to show off my muscles. I'm not sure what proteins would be the best to help me build muscle. Any recommendations?

(also, I don't eat red meat, I don't know if this is important or not)

    Women cannot naturally bulk up. We lack the testosterone for it. You may want to speak to a personal trainer for info on what you can do to build as much muscle as possible, without using products that could seriously negatively affect your health.

    just start doing ummm hmmm, i notice the black women who do that are usually quite muscular so u will become like them.

    Red meat... The more protein you can muster to eat during the day, the better.
