EPE = q*V = q*E*d
q = EPE / E*d = -1.93e11J / (4.3e5V/m * 7300m) = -61 C
C = 4πε₀R
where ε₀ = 8.85e-12 C²/N·m²
so here C = 4π * 8.85e-12 C²/N·m² * 6.4e6m = 7.1e-4 F
