How do I get my family not to spread lies about me?

They even believe their own lies, that is how sick they are.

One thing to keep in mind; if they believe what they're saying, then they're not lies. A lie is deliberate. If informing them of the truth doesn't work, then nothing will.

You can't stop people from talking. Unless you talk to them about it, 47 them or move away.
