The best form of Carbon Capture is green plant life.
In the presence of UV Light (from the sun) all green plant life absorbs CO2, and converts it into biomass and releases oxygen in the process. Its been going on for millions of years.
NB The climate has always changed. In the past 1 million years there have been three known 'Ice Ages'. where the Polar Ice Cap was much larger and the climate much colder, with intervening warmer periods. There was not industrial output of CO2 then. So something else is driving the system ; viz the Sun'. We just happen to be in one of the warming-up periods.

It’s an expensive waste of time and effort to address a non existent problem.
