If Biden doesn't run again (like he said he wouldn't), she would be a strong contender if she decided to.

It's been her goal since before she climbed out from under Willy Brown.  In the betting pool I'm in I have July 12.

There’s a high probability that Kamala Harris could become president but it’s not a guarantee. Joe Biden isn’t as old as everyone makes him out to be, and the president typically has access to the best healthcare in the country.

If republicans can purge the cray-cray and nominate a sane moderate republican with some charisma, they'd probably mop the floor with Harris. 

But I doubt they will do that.   They'll probably nominate another whack job, maybe even Trump.
