Sometimes friends talk about that stuff, or she could be trying to make you jealous. She could have simply just misunderstood the bounds of your friendship and thought it would be an ok thing to talk about as you are no longer together and should therefore not have a feeling of jealousy, but if it bothers you there is definitely no harm in making it clear you would rather not hear or talk about those sorts of things because they make you uncomfortable. If she actually cares about you in any way, she'll respect those wishes.
