Do answering late upset you?

Sometimes i message someone and after minutes or hours you see he is online but doesn't take look at my messages  , it means he doesn't care about me ?

No, they could just have social anxiety or not like small talk.

One can hang out in person but texting sometimes seems pointles.

Ask him, that way you don't develop a reality of him that actually brings him down.

As someone who messages late all the time, I'll tell you it mostly likely means they don't care much or it is not a priority to message you. Of course, sometimes I just can't be bothered to have a conversation with someone so it could be that.

if i were you, i would ask him on why he lacks in communication. right now, it seems he has no interested in texting you when you text him since he’s online most likely talking to another woman.
