What happens if the Army won't go to each house and take the guns away? Can President Biden bring in the army from China to do it?

White suppremacist with pickup trucks and guns are the bigest danger to Americans and we MUST do something about it, but solders in the army are saying they refuse to do it

We have a Constitution. Biden and anyone else that tries to take guns from an American citizen will be guilty of a felony. You should be more afraid of a government who wants you disarmed!

We have laws on the books that we can not use the military (active duty) to police the population.    We also have laws on the books that even in a natural disaster the civilian authority can not confiscate guns.

Actually the "army" can't legally do so in the 1st place. Posse comitatus denies such activities. The FBI, ATF, etc. however are more than up to the job. If they don't give up the guns when asked, the Feds can lob a few mortar rounds on their house. Persuasion comes in many forms.

Once the Second Amendment is repealed and the parts of the various State constitutions are voided. Weapons turn in programs will be instituted. Rewards, etc. It will take decades to take the edge off.
