How is my diet for today? ?
I am a female 21 years old and weigh around 177
After breakfast I ran on the workout bike for 40 minutes
For breakfast I had 9 flaxseed gluten free crackers with tiny bit of Mayo and avocado with slice boiled eyes and apple slices on the side with some almond butter, around the afternoon I made myself a matcha with almond milk no sugar and some 0 calories 0 sugar caramel syrup and monk sugar, dinner I had two baked potatoes with little olive oil salt and basil and some italian chicken sausages that had cheese and parsley I had a few of those and two small pieces of pork sausage and been drinking water all day
