I am watching the drama "Penny dreadful" 

woman said "Makes a change for a Tuesday," to her partner

before fighting with Dracula

what is that mean?

maybe " we will win "????

    Probably just an understatement that it breaks the routine.

    Being unfamiliar with this drama, I'm just guessing, but I don't see how that can mean "we will win." I'd guess she's being humorous, meaning something like "well, this Tuesday isn't as boring as usual."
