Why do people say wrong place, wrong time? What would wrong place/right time, right place/wrong time, and/or right place/right time mean?

wrong place wrong time means you are a double loser.  worse than just wrong place/right time (or right place/wrong time), although those are often bad enough.

right place/wrong time - you miss out on something lucky happening to you

wrong place/right time - this just isn't a thing
