The light intensity  effect post harvesting causes a decrease in the total a/chlorophyll b ratio. Chlorophyll b concentration is based on chlorophyll breakdown, post harvesting as Chlorophyll starts degrading Chlorophyll b is reduced to form chlorophyll a, hence there is a temporary increase in Chlorophyll a, however the levels of Chlorophyll a also reduces eventually leading to increased photo bleach.
