LOL. The USA can't declare world war 3. they would need the rest of the world to declare war for it to be a world war. The USA has allies for mutual defence, not so they can declare war and drag everyone else into it.

I think it's better to stay in your lane about things like that. It's okay to wonder and ask, it's just that the average person has no idea what the details are concerning military intervention. You may worry over nothing. And who wants that?
