I took ibruprofen first thing in the morning and then ate a tiny bit maybe 5mins afterwards. Is this harmful?

Ps: i ate more & drank milk about an 40mins to an hour later.

    Ibroprufen should be taken with food to protect the stomach.

    No. Why would it be harmful? There's no tule that says you can't eat and take ibuprofen.
