Is it bad to have COVID and a 104 fever at 20 years old?

Not too bad. It would be good to call the doctor though.  No need to go in unless the doctor says so.  Drink plenty water or juice, and don't take a fever reducer because fever is part of your immune system.

See a doctor immediately.  That is a high fever.

It's bad at any age.  Just less likely to kill you at yours.
