If we want to fight the war on drugs we can't be half a$$ed about it ?

We would have to have a more fascist system to successfully implement this. Hitler did good in reducing alcohol and tobacco and other drugs in his society without causing a backlash into crime. If we want to fight the war on drugs and actually take care of the problem we can't be half a$$ed about it. Starting with segregation of all addicts from society till they sober up and providing real treatment to them and execution of all drug dealers that are caught and outlawing sale of all drugs from all public areas on penalty of firing squad.

The principal of this is we can't trust we the people to know what is good for them so we must impose from above a better and more healthy lifestyle on them. People in general need guidance they can't be trusted to do the right thing.

Ok so this solves the drug problem. I gaurentee if someone like me was elected crime would go down 90 percent within a few months and your streets would be safe.

Drug trades happen because of 'The War on drugs' that has failed for decades. Legalizing drugs and treating them like tobacco or alcohol would stop the war on drugs

Yeah, except for thousands of political assassinations, mass murder of millions, and waging wars of aggression, there was very little crime in Nazi Germany.

And don't forget the bonus! Hitler was instrumental in getting Germany flattened under tens of thousands of tons of bombs, not to mention millions of dead Nazis. Talk about a perfect solution, huh?

Hitler was a syphilitic drug addict spawned from a hooker and a pimp.

You didn’t put much effort into your plan or your knowledge of history. There were plenty of people doing drugs in hitlers Germany. Even some of his highest ranking officials. And the more you try to take away freedoms in a free society. The more people will resist you. Making anything like drugs or alcohol illegal has always resulted in those things being part of an underground/black market. And plenty of people were willing to fight to the death in prohibition America over production, distribution, and sales of liquor. It is more likely that your plan would result in thousands of deaths on both sides of the law. Eventually fail. And things would go back to same old same old or something new and less bloody.
