Japanese Americans have Japanese surnames. There's nothing specifically "American" about those names.

So, you can pick any Japanese name.

Nogami is one.  I know a Japanese-American family by that name. They've been here for four generations.

None.  It's either a Japanese name or an American name.

There are no Japanese-American last names. Either it's American or Japanese; it can't be both.

There are a fair number of given names which can work in both Japanese and English, though.
