You need to see a urologist which is who men see when they have anything wrong with either their urinary system or penis. Sounds like an STD. Temperature has nothing to do with this at all.

That sounds like some sort of infection or STD. You really should get that checked out. That’s not normal.

It is possible you have a medical issue like a veneral disease. If it is not urine, you need to see a doctor.
