Slightly, but in reality, that's a pretty healthy BP.

Under the most recent American Heart Association guidelines for blood pressure, a reading of 125/76 is considered "elevated".  Normal range is <120 and < 80.  Elevated is a systolic (upper number) from 120-129 and diastolic (lower number) <80.  Elevated classification means patients are likely to develop high blood pressure unless steps are taken to control the condition.  If this was a one time elevated reading it could be due to exercise, caffeine, stress, or food.  Monitor blood pressure daily to find your average and see if still classified as elevated.  Suggestions to help lower blood pressure to prevent developing high blood pressure include: eat a well balanced diet and low sodium, limit alcohol, quit smoking, participate in regular physical activity, manage stress, and maintain a healthy weight.

If you notice your blood pressure average is higher, report your values to your primary doctor to discuss potential treatment of high blood pressure.

Yes.  That BP is unhealthy and will result in organ damage and an earlier death.

--  No, that is a good blood pressure reading.

--  My usual blood pressure reading prior to dialysis is around 156/80 to 134/75 and drops to around 115/70 after five hours in the  dialysis machine. Anything lower than 110/60  is not healthy for anyone, but mine have dropped to as low as 100/54 and I became dizzy, and the nurse had to give me a drink.
