I exercise regularly, eat a good diet, and my muscles do not grow. What should I do?

Your exercise or your nutrition are not set up correctly for muscle growth.

They won't grow unless you actually OVERwork them with heavy weights.  The added weight will make your body CRAVE for more energy (food).

What's a good diet?  If you're a vegetarian...you're not going to add muscle.  Period.  You need more PROTEIN...aka MEAT.

Some people are born to be weak.  There is nothing you can do.  Just prepare for a lifetime of brutal beatdowns from masculine bullies.
