I work for a contractor on a military base, this company has prohibited car pooling for thirty of us employees. No formal written policy.?
The command on the base does not prohibit car pooling for active duty or other defense contractors, can my company enforce this?

It has ZERO to do with the military and everything on the company you work for. They can have these rules for a reason. They don’t have to tell you. Don’t like it then quit and work for another company.

The employer can make any rules he see fit. If you don't agree you can get a different job.
